These are the people that did exactly like me with the scammer FULLRELEASES.BIZ You have to be very careful with BillingSVC.com because it hase many websites affiliated.
1. Vanda Lisboa, Other found fullreleases.biz on a search for software hopping I could download it from a safe site and with real stuff. It seemed to be the only place on the net to have it.
I signed up, supposedly on a trial basis for 3 days at 4.95€ using my credit card. I couldn't activate my account so a wrote to the customer support explaining that and hopping that they could help me logging in.that didn't happen no one from that site answered my question.
until this moment i didn't download a single file from that site even paying... it kept asking me to log in and telling that i should pay to log ,i still don't know what happend.
I checked my bank account on line and they had used billingsvc.com to deduct 19.95 € from my account.
I hope someone can do something about this.So no one else can be rip-off just like me!

2. Sue Melbourne, Other I too have been mislead by directfileaccess.com and their membership join up page where it states Lifetime Access for 4.95. My bank account had an initial transaction amount of 4.95 euro deducted paid to BILLINGSVC.COM and then 3 days later another $29.95 euro was deducted. On investigation, I discovered the initial 4.95 fee was for 3 days memebership and that membership would actually cost $29.95 per month. I have written a few emails to directfileaccess.com but have received no response. I have had to have the bank cancel my debit card so the recurring monthly fee can never be charged again. Surely something can be done about this dishonest website! I'd hate to think how many people have been fooled by them the way I was. Sue Melbourne Australia 3. Louis Alpharetta, Georgia I signed up for a trial on fullreleases.com in the amount of $4.95 on 4/2/08. I was looking to download some software. It sounded good so I tried it. Needless to say, I couldn't download anything, after many feeble attempts to troubleshoot the problem.
I finally gave up and forgot about. Then on 4/4/08 I was looking at my bank statement and I saw an unknown charge in the amount of $29.70. After spending needless hours on the phone trying to call the billingsvc.com toll-free number associated with the internet download service company I had just been ripped off by, and getting no where, I contacting my bank to try to stop payment. I was able to get my original $4.95 credited. But, I'll have to wait to get the $29.70 returned to my account. I also had to cancel the card I used, so no more charges can occur.
To say the least I was totally duped on this one. If it sounds to good to be true; it usually is.
Louis Alpharetta, Georgia U.S.A. AND GUYS I HAVE MANY OTHERS, but not place to post because they are a dousin. Hope that you will be more careful then us. Take care. |
